The sanctioned cadre of HFDC is 149. At present,
111 employees are working in HFDC. Out of this, 101 are on
deputation and 10 have been regularized by HFDC on the directions
from the Hon’ble Courts and under Government policy of
regularization. 91% staff of HFDC is on deputation. The management
is proposing a revision of cadre composition of HFDC. |

HFDC has not engaged any employee drawing
remuneration in excess than the limit laid down under Section
217(2A) of the Companies Act 1956 read with the Companies
(Particular of Employees) Rules 1975.
The Managing Director of HFDC is an officer of the Indian Forest
Service in the rank of Chief Conservator of Forests. He is assisted
at the headquarters by a General Manager, an officer in the rank of
Conservator of Forests, a Regional Manager (Headquarter) and six
Regional Managers in the rank of Assistant Conservator of Forests
located at Ambala, Kurukshetra, Rohtak, Hisar, Jind and Gurgaon. The
Regional Managers are assisted by Managers in the rank of Forest
Rangers, Deputy Managers in the rank of Foresters and Assistant
Managers in the rank of Forest Guards.
The office of the Managing Director is headed by a
Superintendent, who is assisted by one Deputy Superintendent,
Assistants, Clerks and Data Entry Operators. |
